As a kid growing up, when my grandma used to cook chicken, you could smell it! Today's store bought, factory produced chickens don't have that smell or taste to them. In addition, we're not sure what we're buying. The chicken I buy from John Henry's is like my grandma's. Flavorful and pasture raised without GMO feed. I usually buy a full "bird" but I didn't this time. I decided to use tenders to make my chicken fettuccine lasagna. Tender, easy to prepare, and flavorful.
